One of the main things is to be assigned a Greek Tax Number and open a personal bank account; they will do this for you. Then with your approval, the lawyer will be responsible for the payments of the installments, and do all the legal and red tape running representing you.

We will arrange a meeting and we will present you with the details of what is available and can be customized for your house to meet your requirements, including anything additional you may have thought of. We really want you to make your new property as close to your likes as possible so we will work closely to personalize your house together.

Basically we will go through foundations, bricks, plaster, electric, painting, plumbing, flooring, bathroom, kitchen, wardrobes for the rooms, windows, pergolas, swimming pools, gardens etc.

We then reserve the house of your choice and prepare a very analytical document that outlines the purchase agreement. The contents of this document usually indicate the exact plot, and the type of house and it’s size, including all the personalization we have planned.

Everything is individually priced in order for you to know the final cost; the final figure is legally binding and guaranteed not to increase so there will be no hidden costs. Depending on the case, you will be required to pay a percentage as a deposit.
