State critical of Virgil contracts with Greek Peak (The Ithaca Journal)
A state audit released Tuesday said the Town of Virgil failed to adequately oversee water and sewer contracts with Greek Peak ski resort operator Peak Resorts and didn’t properly keep records of the arrangement between the town and the company over the town park near which the resort is building a hotel and indoor water park.
