Ambassador Leslie Gatan, the country’s deputy permanent representative to the United Nations was recently elected chairman of the Economic and Social Committee of the Senior Officials Meeting preparatory to the 15th Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Ministerial Conference in Tehran, Iran.
